Why I would not leave ISKCON ? – Kamilini Mataji
She has been in ISKCON since 1972. After the disappearance of Srila Prabuapada there have been difficulties. She has been enticed to come to many splinter groups. No where in the world there is such an outreach program. Srila Prabhupad has given us access to everything in his books. Srila Prabhupada was foreseeing everything. I am not the enjoyer. We are introducing everyone to their eternal constitutional position. People are suffering. We are not pessimistic. There is some kind of discomfort that increases with old age. There is so much suffering due to misguided civilization. She is shocked by so many degraded billboards which are sexually provocative in Indian cities like Mumbai, Banglore, Delhi, etc. She is awestruck to see the welfare work of ISKCON for humanity (outreach, akshay patra – midday meal, book distribution, etc.)
