Kids Christianed these simple desi snack as cauliflower bites, their argument is “amma, it is bite-sized and batter fried”. It seems on a visit to a fast-food joint with with their cousins, they found this description on the menu instead of pakodas…..

This is a perfect appetizer for a party or when kids come over for a game. You can insert a toothpick on each pakoda for easy handling.
