Question: What are the most disturbing quotes in the Bhagavad Gita?

Answer: Verses in the Bhagavad Gita are all auspicious and absolute, being spoken by the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

The cause of disturbance is our ignorance, not the verses in themselves.

Being en-caged by the modes of nature, we may accept something we find as palatable, and reject something which we find non palatable, which is only due to our ignorance of the real truth.

Krishna is absolute, all that He says is good. We exhibit dualities, that’s why we interpret something as good or bad.

Even Krishna’s killing demons was good for them, for they all attained salvation.

So to understand the things as they are, to understand them in truth, one need to understand the Bhagavad Gita in disciplic succession.

One can not understand the mystery of Bhagavad Gita, by mundane scholarship.

One such edition of Bhagavad Gita, which comes in disciplic succession is, Bhagavad Gita as it is, by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

It is available all centers of ISKCON.

Krishna has said many things, one can not just stick to one or two verses and act whimsically. Try to understand this great book of knowledge systematically.
